Jobtraining, established at Singel 54, 1015 AB in Amsterdam, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement. Jobtraining takes your privacy into great consideration, therefore we fully commit ourselves to act according to the privacy legislation(AVG/GDPR).
This means that your personal data is stored and processed safely and used correctly.
Jobtraining processes your personal data as part of your use of our services or when you provide these to us, for example when you fill in an information request form on our website.
The following personal data might be processed by Jobtraining:
Jobtraining processes your data to be able to contact you upon your request. We use your data as part of the execution of the service we provide you, for example to communicate with you when you are a participant of our training program or when you make use of our learning tool Challenges. If you have given us permission to do so, we might also use your data to send you a mailing with information. In all of our standard mailings there is an option provided to unsubscribe.
Jobtraining saves and stores data no longer than is legally permitted and necessary for realizing the purposes for which the data is stored. How long certain data is stored, depends on the type of data and the purposes for which the data is being processed.
Jobtraining exchanges personal data with third parties when this is necessary for the execution of the service agreement we have with you or when this is required by law/necessary to fulfill a legal obligation.
When necessary, as in cases just described, we provide third parties with your personal data. We work with these parties according to a processor agreement, in which third parties agree upon a safe and diligent use of your data. Third parties are only provided with the data they need to provide the service that is necessary for the execution of the service agreement we have with you. These parties only use your data according to our processing instructions and never for their own purposes.
At any moment, you have the right to review, correct, delete or transfer your personal data. You can make a request to do so via privacy@jobtraining.nl. To be sure that such a request is made by your personally, we ask you to attach a photocopy of your ID. Make sure to shield your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the area with numbers at the bottom of a passport), passport number and BSN/ID number, by using a black marker. This is to protect your privacy. Jobtraining will answer your request within 2 days, your request will be handled (with confidentiality) within 2 weeks.
Jobtraining takes the protection of your data very serious and therefore has implemented measures to counteract abuse, loss, theft, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized adjustments of these data. The secured part of our website and of the website of our challenges tool/system makes use of a reliable SSL certificate to ensure that your data is not freely accessible. If you are under the impression that your data is not protected enough, if you notice signs of data abuse or if you want more information about our data management and data protection, please contact Jobtraining via privacy@jobtraining.nl.

Hello New You is een label van Jobtraining. Hello New You handelt in overeenstemming met de privacyverklaring van Jobtraining: Jobtraining, gevestigd aan Singel 54, 1015 AB in Amsterdam, is verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van persoonsgegevens zoals beschreven in deze privacyverklaring. Jobtraining vindt jouw privacy van groot belang en daarom houden wij ons volledig aan de privacywet (AVG/GDPR). Dit betekent dat jouw persoonsgegevens bij ons veilig zijn en dat wij deze altijd correct gebruiken.
Jobtraining verwerkt jouw persoonsgegevens doordat je gebruik maakt van onze diensten en omdat je deze zelf aan ons verstrekt, zoals bij het invullen van een contactformulier op onze website. Wij kunnen de volgende persoonsgegevens verwerken:
Jobtraining verwerkt jouw gegevens om contact met jou op te kunnen nemen wanneer je daar om verzoekt. Wij kunnen jouw gegevens gebruiken in het kader van het uitvoeren van een met jou gesloten overeenkomst tot dienstverlening, zoals het volgen van een van onze trainingen of gebruik maken van onze leertool Challenges. Tot slot kunnen wij jouw gegevens gebruiken om je een nieuwsbrief of mailing toe te sturen, wanneer jij hiervoor toestemming hebt gegeven. Bij deze vorm van communicatie is in ieder bericht een afmeldmogelijkheid opgenomen.
Jobtraining verstrekt uitsluitend jouw gegevens aan derden als dit nodig is voor de uitvoering van de overeenkomst die we met jou hebben afgesloten of om te voldoen aan een wettelijke verplichting. Het komt voor dat andere partijen waarmee wij samenwerken jouw gegevens van ons krijgen. Wij komen met deze partijen in een verwerkersovereenkomst overeen, dat zij zorgvuldig met jouw gegevens omgaan en zij krijgen alleen de gegevens die noodzakelijk zijn om hun dienst te verlenen. Deze partijen gebruiken jouw gegevens alleen in overeenstemming met de instructies die wij geven en niet voor eigen doeleinden.
Je hebt te allen tijde het recht om jouw persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren te verwijderen of over te dragen. Je kunt een verzoek tot inzage, correctie, verwijdering of overdracht sturen naar privacy@jobtraining.nl. Om er zeker van te zijn dat het verzoek tot inzage door jou is gedaan, vragen wij je om een kopie van jouw identiteitsbewijs mee te sturen. Maak in deze kopie jouw pasfoto, MRZ (machine readable zone, de strook met nummers onderaan het paspoort), paspoortnummer en BSN zwart. Dit ter bescherming van jouw privacy. Jobtraining antwoord binnen 2 dagen, binnen 2 weken is jouw verzoek vertrouwelijk afgehandeld.
De Privacyverklaring van Jobtraining kan worden aangepast als gevolg van bijvoorbeeld nieuwe wettelijke bepalingen, veranderende inzichten, e.d. De vernieuwde Privacyverklaring wordt dan via de website van Jobtraining gecommuniceerd.
Jobtraining neemt de bescherming van jouw gegevens serieus en neemt passende maatregelen om misbruik, verlies, onbevoegde toegang, ongewenste openbaarmaking en ongeoorloofde wijziging tegen te gaan. Het beveiligde gedeelte van onze website en de website van ons challenges systeem maakt gebruikt van een betrouwbaar SSL Certificaat om te borgen dat jouw persoonsgegevens niet in verkeerde handen vallen. Als je de indruk hebt dat jouw gegevens niet goed beveiligd zijn, er aanwijzingen zijn van misbruik, of indien je meer informatie wenst over de beveiliging van door Jobtraining verzamelde persoonsgegevens, neem dan contact op met Jobtraining via privacy@jobtraining.nl.
